As it is with most celestial/astronomical events here in the PNW, it's not happening. In the front yard, ready to go at 0323 and to say that the fog was thick would be quite the understatement.
Oh well, here's the same moon but on a different day.

We had clear skies, but I wasn't about to go outside in 31 degree temp at 5:30 am and find a vantage point to take some photos. We did get to view it though.:happy:

Visible through partly cloudy skies here. Next chance is in April. And there's a partial solar eclipse on Oct 23. Use proper eye protection for that one.

I spent the last week at the Outer Banks, N.C. I watched the eclipse but it wasn't very clear for some reason or another. But the next night.................
