Drove some distance today to score a so-so good deal on another set of 1x15" PA speakers for the Substitutes since it looks lie we are getting a bunch of nice outdoor gigs this summer where we may need more firepower. I LOVE those shows. Now n then you can actually crank your tube amp up and hear it sing..... And smell it all hot and bothered.
Anyway, came back and needed to play a bit so put on Bless It's Little Pointed Head. Played my M-85 using the bridge pup only through a wretched Orange Crush combo and it sounded great!
Just a reminder to self how wonderfully good these Guild basses are.
