Is this just a bass with a Guild neck/headstock or was it factory?

I came across this on ebay. It has a Guild logo'ed headstock. Bartolini pickups? Was wondering if this was produced by Guild or is it a composite of parts?

I didn't see the other thread either. Closest factory bass I can think of is the solid M85 but if it started as that there was a lot of work done. The cutaway "horn" is shaped differently and the control cavities are different shapes.

When I saw the title I wondered if you had rediscovered this bass which is a JetStar neck and a couple of Hagstroms on an otherwise custom instrument.
