Thanks Jim and John !....I grabbed what I believe to be Sweetwater Musics 1st Sunburst model.....meaning it was inspected and set up to perfection on arrival. The action is as low as on my American Deluxe Strat, with no buzz whatsoever, just that beautiful ring when I hold chords or single-notes a few seconds.....the frets seem to be mediums which I LOVE , and it came with a spare, ungrooved saddle-piece in the case, which is Canadian TKL.
Perhaps y'all can help me w/a question......the Rythym Chief pickup is called a single coil, but it can't be MADE to buzz/hum 60hz whatever....does it have a 2nd "slug" magnet inside? or is it just so low output as to not make noise? (either are a big + for me)
