That's freakin' priceless.
It's goin' viral around my office right now.

I've always been a slow adopter. I didn't really get into computers until about 20 years ago, can't live without them now.
I've seen something similar to the Medieval Help Desk before, its still great. As for the French one, maybe it should have had a picture of an old Sears Roebuck catalog on the pad when she slides it under the door
