Not interested in pandora or downloaded music, more interested in playing or creating music. Still trying to figure this thing out, lol!

I don't know much about them newfangled iWhatsits, but watching Pixietea do this and that might give you some idea of the possibilities.

The only one I use frequently is Fretboard (the light version) for chords and scales. The vertical graphics are very simple while the horizontal version looks like an actual fretboard. You can play and hear both scales and chords. I also use TunerTool when I don't have my Snark handy. TunerTool allows record and playback which I have yet to use but looks like fun. :)

I use the iStroboSoft tuner. It's tremendously accurate, has a noise filter AND a signal boost.

It's the only way I machine tune when I'm not plugged in.

Actually, I prefer the BB for 98% of what I do, but it was time for a change. :lol:
