Thanks West R Lee, great viewing. I doubt this ever aired down here. Some wunnerful stuff is finding its way onto YT. Smiled all the way through it.

You're welcome Frailer. I'll bet you listen to "Far Southern Rock" way down there. I'm glad you've enjoyed it.

This has always ben a favorite of mine. Probably because I watched Charlie Daniels play this with the MTB in Dallas in '75.

Great thread West! Love Southern Rock and I personally think the list wouldn't be complete without some Atlanta Rythm Section.

Or was that just too much of a "given", no disrespect intended?

SPANK ME!
(I still got no sound in this 'puter, so I don't always click on the links if I don't get a heads-up about who it is, but in that case I obviously just "missed it" )

But this is the one that always put me in a positive mood. A great tune for just driving down the road......this one always cheered me up.

See, now, fer me, that's fer sittin' on out on the porch with a neighbor, a jug, and a see-gar. :D
Now, fer road music, here's one from the Wayback Machine:
Anybody remember "Grand Junction" a tasty little upbeat instrumental from a band called "Poco"? :D

Yes sir, sure do....great tune.

By the way, I found what I think is a slightly better rendition of a great old Allman Brothers tune.

That was great West! Thanks for the link :)

You know Rave, they just don't make music like they used to. Man it sure brings back some long stored away memories.
