Let me note that Michael posts pretty fantastic recordings no matter what he was playing, including a Starfire bass. Now I gotta go see whether the clip of Pascal and Kyrsh playing together at LTG II is a good as it should have been.

Good to have actual information on these very underrated-ignored-basses. Mine shades any Fender I have played in the last 45 years.

Very much obliged. I just printed out a copy. I have a very interesting story to share about my Guild Pilot, a story I have never told publicly. As soon as I can get some photos together, I will share this story on this site. As a teaser, suffice to say that this bass is very sturdy indeed :devilish:
