A little pricey maybe??
And $4600 for a Starfire II? I mean, green is rare, but... Dude!

He thinks his guitars are worth a LOT more than I do...

That dealer always seems way more expensive than most others. Maybe the quality/condition of the guitars is better, I don't know. His slogan is "serving investors, collectors and professionals...". I don't really fit into any of those categories so I don't even really read his ads in Vintage Guitar. He rarely posts prices either, IIRC. I guess if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it. :(

Beautiful Guild though!

I paid top dollar when I bought my AA a year and a half ago, mostly because it was promoted as "museum quality" and I trusted the dealer. Except for some tarnish on the DeArmond pickup, it was as advertised. The one on this site is from the same year as mine and doesn't look to be in any better shape, but is several thousand more than I paid for mine. Maybe if he hangs on to it for 5-6 years he'll get that price, but that's a lot of hang time.
