What does "TPR" mean on the sticker in a SFIII?

Watch me be wrong again but I'll bet it means TransParent Red. Of course the color of the guitar's a big clue too... :lol:

I don't think Trans and Parent are supposed to be two words like that. :) Leave it to Guild.

All kidding aside it was probably to distinguish it from some other reds. Have you figured out what "MAH" is yet, or does it have you "Stumped".... :lol:

All kidding aside it was probably to distinguish it from some other reds. Have you figured out what "MAH" is yet, or does it have you "Stumped".... :lol:

FWIW, the owner agrees with you and thinks it means TransParent Red.

Hello GAD,

TPR stands for 'Transparent Red' indeed, MAH stands for Mahogany body (as opposed to the Maple body, which was the other option) and while we're at it, it's a model from 1998.
