Wills Point, Texas current population estimate: 3,726. Must be one of those little villages you see flying over Texas farm country enroute Dallas. Seems about every 5 miles or so there's a crossroads & various size Bergs at each. Maybe its every 10 miles. I wonder if $5.00 diesel is affecting business here.

I asked at the Steel Guitar Forum if Buddy's tune was about the Texas town or the Sacramento night club. I got two responses. The first said "Wills Point" is about the Sacramento night club. The second said Wills Point was a dance hall, not a night club.
