Here's some reviews of the Peregrine.

I played one only once, briefly in a GC several years ago. A/B'd it with the similar style by Parker. I liked it very much and was sad when it got sold before I got back to that store. This one you've found is unusual for the flame top. Pretty sure I remember seeing that flametop model in Guild's list a few years ago, though. Ain't it pretty!!?

This one's more standard. [IMG:187:512]http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l189/Guildmark/GuildPeregrine.jpg[/img]

Yeah! I'd forgotten about that one!

I understand how some find the looks of this guitar odd. Heck, it is odd! But, abiding by the " ... in the eye of the beholder" homily, I like it. Thanks for posting it, Graham.

What a beautiful thing. I'll be in Toronto next week, and 12th Fret is one of my favourite places to visit. I'll try to stop in and see this one.

I think those "Paragrins" are good looking guitars. Anyone know where they were built? There's something about them that reminds me of the look of the Taylor T5. What do you think Jeff?

Taylor changed the electronics on the T 5 shortly after I bought mine. This is after they touted the initial T 5 electronics as nothing short of divinely inspired.

T 5 is a cool enough guitar especially thru an acoustic amp most
people thay play it like it more than I do. You can hold the Redhead
& Smitty the salesman responsible for the Taylor living here, I went into the shop that day looking for a Starfire. This was before my LTG association. They ganged up on me. I don't know man, when your lady says "I think you should get it" what do you do. I've been more careful since.
