Richard:

I had occasion to ask my luthier buddy (the guy doing the repair on my F50R) the same question about 2 years ago, on behalf of my god-daughter. He said that one of the really good basses that is very often overlooked is the Yamaha bass family, either the RB or BB series. He said that they were very well made, had good pickups, and were almost always very cheap second hand.

Hi there Woody!!! I have a gift I'd like to give you if you are interested, and if you have room for one more guitar. It's not a Guild but is a really fine sounding guitar.

If interested, please send me your mailing address, phone # and email address (Fed Ex needs that for the shipping label) I likely couldn't get it shipped for a couple weeks or so.

Take care,

Richard

Hey Richard, wow, I do not know what to say. Certainly this is nothing I have earned or even deserve. We are in the process of moving homes, and we move in 2 weeks. While I can definitely take another guitar at the new house, I do not think I could receive it till we are at the new house. If you want to ship it, can you wait for like 3 weeks? What type of guitar is it? Anyway, thanks for considering me Richard.
Happy BD Brad. I wish you a very fine Birthday and hope you take some time to do something nice for yourself and your family today.

Have a great one!!!!!!!

Hey there Heartbrokenguild guy. Here's wishing you a fine BD and hope your heart feels better soon. A new Guild seems to do that for me.

Best,

Richard
Hi. Send me your name and email address and I think I can get you added to the Face Book site (unless Blake already did that)
Hey, Daddio, all my friends like the Sovereign, me included. I like the case you sent it in, it's perfect for a Harmony dread'.

I will get you a check sooner than later (next week) but in the meantime, thanks so much for sending it. I will show it to my luthier dude and we'll figure out what repairs to make. I'll keep you abreast of the situation.

Thanks, again, Harry

Glad you like it. Shouldn't need too much done, the neck was reset maybe 10-12 years ago. I never bonded with this one like I had with othe Sovereign I've had. You're right about the case, only one that might have been better would have been one of those chipboard alligator cases.
Good pickin'

My baby got a few hairline cracks in the head. Cornerstone in Clermont did phenomenal repair on it. What a relief, I was lost without her!
Hello Al

Hey Nuuska, I called Al last week and we spoke for a while. His situation is the same and he's looking for a laptop type computer but still has no smart phone or internet service at home. As work and life is slowly opening up here in the USA depending on your state, hopefully he will be back at work soon and participating like old times.

That is good news - thank you - for a while I got bad feeling he was caught with corona . . . as long it is only computer related issues I've nothing to worry. Take care over there.
thank you for the info, i'll try that and see if that helps

Hello Kent,

Just noticed this message by accident. It's not convenient for me to keep track of too many ways that messages are coming to me. If you have a question just get in touch with me through my website.

Hi. I've been thinking of picking up a BASS to mess with, specifically, a pilot. Any thoughts on those and what might be a good price for a 1998 in excellent condition with HSC?? Thanks, Richard
Hello mate, how very nice to receive a message from you. All is well with me thank you, hunkered down against Coronavirus. Retired now for over two years and just cruising along enjoying life.
Very kindest wishes, Gary. ministryofgin@xtra.co.nz
