Which Amp for an Acoustic/Electric

Joe V at archtop.com currently has a nice used AC60 for sale. I don't know what he's asking for it, but it's been there a while and should be reasonable.

I think mine was around $450 new Joe, bought it new from an eBay dealer. I'd think a used one in great condition might be worth $300 or so....maybe $350.

Crate makes an excellent line of acoustic amps (speaking of Hot Tuna, Jorma uses his a great deal).

Many of my smaller gigs (nursing homes, cafes and small restaurants) are done w/ my Limo 50...and w/ it's built-in battery, it's a killer busking and outdoor (wedding receptions, etc.) amp

If I could only own one amp, this would be it! 8)

That sounds about right West. I got mine on eBay as well, but (slightly) used and it was around $300+ some shipping.

I ended up settling on the Genz Benz Shenandoah 60. I found one on Western Mass Craigslist in basically unused condition for $300, and the woman I bought it from was nice enough to pack it up and use my Fedex Ground prepaid shipping label. It arrived yesterday unscathed, and is exactly what I was looking for. Shipping charges were $12, and it got here overnight. Pretty good if you ask me.
