There was a video circulating for a bit of Crowded House performing as a three piece in someone's basement. There had been a Canadian radio or TV contest for which the prize was having Crowded House perform at your house party. And there was Crowded House with tiny little amps, a very stripped down minimalist drum kit, and a Bose PA (based on 901 speakers). They were great.
