Wise guy that I am, I did a Google search on "Javelina guitar". Turns out there is (was?) a band of that name. And in 2009 it looks like the bassist was playing Guild.

Kurt's B-402A is below and if I had to guess, I'd say the bass above is a variation on the B-402.
