That file needs a decryption code. You need to link to a .jpg file for us to view.

Probably a Chicago made Harmony or Regal. I assume the "tiger stripped maple" is painted on as well as the fretboard "inlays" Appears to be an inexpensive "Student" model.

" xxxx xxxxxxxx saw a guitar in the pawnshop window
not much to look at but he knew that he'd found
that old Student Prince that they made years ago
so easy to play, what unbeatable sound . . ."

The Vox Student Prince indeed looked very similiar!

Probably a Chicago made Harmony or Regal.
Something that does not fully match them are the extremely low placed f-holes. Usually the Harmony models would have f-holes sitting higher up on the top (even on a 12th fret), so that the middle of the f-hole is about where the bridge is. The OPs guitar seems to be a smaller body 12th fret Parlor guitar.

Here's a Harmony on the left vs the OPs guitar on the right:

I looked at a ton of old Kay and other Chicago guitars but not a single one had such f-holes placed on the lower end of the lower bout. No match I could find.

It reminds me a little bit of Beltone guitars. They were made by various companies over the years.
