I saw that too. It does look pretty cool. Didn't Gibson already try this with the "robot" tuners? It wasn't received well from what remember

I think there are a couple such ideas. One thing I am currently watching is this: http://roadietuner.com/
It's not yet available but does not require any modification on the guitar but seems to be cool!

The Roadie Tuner is more to my liking, Ralf! I like that it's not 'attached' to the guitar and changing-out the tuners, as well. BUT, it is expensive, huh? Can't wait to see what the reviews are, once it's been released this coming August. Here's the pre-order form posted on the Roadie Tuner website.

I know, compared to a $15 item like this: http://www.mavin.com/store.php/products/the-g-stringer-cordless-powered-guitar-string-winder
But I have to admit that I already placed an order for the Roadie Tuner. I found it a cool item and sometimes I love to support entrepreneurs...
If it works like I want it? Who knows...But I spent $100's on other useless items before... It won't hurt me if it does not work as advertised...

Pretty cool stuff, guys. I do recall seeing robot tuners before this. That tronical tune works VERY fast though. Nice.
