According to Hans' book (p 155) the silkscreened logo and Thunderbird graphic along with the regular Guild headstock happened in 1966. Maybe I've led a sheltered life, but this is the first one I've think I've seen.

He also wrote that they went to a regular Chesterfirld logo around ‘67. Probably not a lot of this version.
