The F30R is getting some use!

Hey everyone! Hope you all doing awesome!

A couple three months ago I converted to bass guitar. I love it. I got me an Epiphone Viola, so total copy of McCartney Hofner. It’s a tank. Solid maple. Just fantastic. I been learning.

Anyway, I can’t stand the skinny strings on 6 string acoustic or electrics. I am thinking about a 12 string, and now I get why bass players gravitate towards 12s cause your fingers want the thicker gauge. So I don’t play my acoustics at all. At all.

Well, my wife plays the Br, and just today, took the F30r up to the school room / her office to work out songs for Sunday. It was awesome hearing her play it. So the Br is downstairs, the F30r upstairs.

I can’t explain the metamorphosis to bass. All I know is it can’t be undone. I like the bottom tones now friends.

Wow, woody, you've given up on the guitars?? Well, the bass players are luckier for it. Nothing wrong with the "big bottom" tones, my friend!

Yep, you surely need a 12-string! They're somehow easier on the fretting fingertips. And there's nothing like 'em.
