One of my favorite Amps. I guess I'm not sure about the '65 starfire IV.. but it is a starfire anyways.

I guess I'm not sure about the '65 starfire IV..

Hard to say from just the picture. It's at least one before later in 1966. The change from 16th to 18th fret neck joint happened sometime in later 1966. 1966 serial numbers were EL277 to EL1167. S/N EL780 still had the 16th fret and S/N EL830 had the 18th fret, so somewhere in between 780 and 830 it changed. So that guitar could be anything before it changed. 1965 or 1966.
