Surfer Girl tab - Bill Frisell

This video is from several years ago, and I know I posted it within a thread about Telecaster sounds a few years ago. But I have been watching it a lot and trying to learn this version. Not sure I can do it but it's a great exercise in hybrid picking, interesting chord shapes, etc. Frisell is so unique. One of my favorite guitarists. It's only even a possibility because I ran into a great tab for it that it extremely helpful...

Anyway, am I the only one that never realized "Surfer Girl" is just "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"? I'm a little embarrassed I had to listen to it 100 times working on this to figure it out!

I started in the middle of the 9th measure (A, B, C# palm mute) - it's going to be hard enough to get this (if I can) without the improv intro he did!
