Here's hoping. The last one didn't work out so well and is going back.
I'm hoping this one has more of the burst I think it does. I've had a small pile of Nightbirds, but no "gg"s yet, so that'll be fun.

The biggest issue I had was that it was misrepresented as "Cherry burst" with dark pics to make it look like it was when actually it was Amber Burst. I wouldn't have bought it knowing it was amber, but I was too quick on the draw. Hans tried to warn me but I was just too excited.
There is also a small chunk missing from the binding and some other minor issues like broken pickup rings, etc., but the seller is cool and is taking it back no questions asked.

GAD, that looks like a winner! I usually perfer the spruce top Nightbirds but that maple top with that color is outstanding! I can see a pair of gold plated HB1's on that baby. I would also consider a set if stacked POTs to provide independent Vol and Tone for each pup. That guitar would be a keeper!
