Stunning!

Was this the one that was listed on Craigslist Brooklyn on and off for the last year and a half or so and was also listed on Retrofret's site? If so, I'm glad to see that it's so nice! I'd written that guy once and when I asked for more pictures he sent me pictures of a cherry red Starfire!

Thought so! I recognize the strap, among other things. Yeah, he was an oddball. He never could explain why he sent me pictures of a red Starfire when I asked for more pics. At the time -- maybe a year and a half ago -- he got very testy when I very politely asked if he'd consider coming down from his 3K asking price. Anyway, congrats again. I'm happy I won't by haunted by that ad anymore! Such a beauty.

I enquired about it at the time it was on CL as well but got no response. It was priced in the mid to late $2000's if I recall.

Yes, eventually he brought it down to $2800 in the ad -- and I assume ultimately lower.

2nevets, what was your trick to get this guy to engage with you when the rest of us struck out?

You have Three through Six (deliberately avoiding using either Arabic or Roman numerals) in this pic. Are a One and Two in your future?

It's not a 1964 one. It's a first half 1965 one according to S/N.
