I looks to me like the Newark Street Starfire (Single Cut) is a slightly different body shape than the vintage model it emulates?
This may have been discussed before but I have never had the opportunity to compare. Looking at the vintage models
in the Guild book it sure looks like they are a slightly different body shape than a new Newark Street Starfire (Single Cut).

Here's one of my favorite Starfire pics. Not sure who owns it but it is sweet.

Is there a specific area you are wondering about? I'm not seeing any differences in pictures but pictures are not going to be definitive.

yeah the cutaway is probably where I'm focusing on.
Also the striped hog versus some more smooth grain on vintage.
Both super cool just a bit different.
I have never had the opportunity to actually play a vintage Starfire 3.

The body thickness is in question too but it may have to do with the binding size/reveal.
Regardless it's all good.
