I owned a Shergold 12 Masquerader in very flaky black finish once upon a time.
I got it cause one of the dudes in The Church had one. (Look up their song Tantalised if you’re interested).
Really cool looking guitar but it didn’t like me and I didn’t really like it that much so it didn’t stay long.

Wow, that is a truly bizzaro 12. I love 12 strings, but only own 1 Guild 12, an D25-12, and another "Build" LP style 12er
that I built from a kit in 2018. 12s can be hard to play, which I see as a challenge. They are also a tuning challenge, but quite
fun.
