I always had a soft spot for the catalog jobber guitars. Owned the ones made by Danelectro, Kay, Harmony, Teisco and now Valco. Would like to own one made by Alamo out of San Antonio though they weren’t offered by the catalogs I am from Texas so I thought that’d be cool to have. Almost like Texas’ answer to Danelectro. Anyway last night I was looking up some Valco amps with intentions to buy one but google turned up this Supro Lexington offered for sale on reverb and the price was right so I couldn’t resist. Tremolo is of Italian origin which is interesting to see Valco outsourcing hardware years before their closure in 1968. Later ones had Japanese made tremolos

HNGD! that looks cool, can also go in the burst thread :) Also looks kinda like the new Surfliner now that I think about it.

Neat, congrats! Looks a little EKO-ish.

Pickups sound abs thunderous. Hits the front end of my Traynor in a pleasing way. More so on some low rent single ended tube amps I got around the house. May have to get more of these
