My switches are also leaning slightly inward. I haven't opened it up at all to check inside. My number is 98.

The other thing that isn't quite right on my guitar is that the bridge foot on the bass side is not seated perfectly in it's drilled hole. It's partially lifted out.

Open up the switch cavity....your switch bodies are probably bent like mine were. The bridge stud can probably be tapped down.

I have no idea what the serial number of my T-bird is. I'll check when I get home. The switches are definitely aligned just fine.

Edit: mine is #57.

I got mine from Sweetwater (awesome store!). I informed them of this problem so they will be watching for others.

So I just got the Thunderbird back with the new switches installed.....so much better! I highly recommend changing them out!
