Hear hear here ;-)

The video is cool but wanting as far as truly explaining what's going on with the three switches in mode two, the black are in/out for the p'ups and the whaite one does what?

Someone/anyone could do a much better video... where he says he's adding a little hair to the notes goes straight into full on distortion and into lead playing instantly, ridiculous, like he couldn't do it fast enough...

I'd like the hear all the rhythm sounds with some overdrive until it's very clear what they sounds like, and devote another section to lead playing possibilities, and each time you switch, call out the pickup combination.

Are the little knobs historically correct for the neck p'up?

So in mode two, how many tonal combination are there, and what are they?

The white switch changes the tone cap to a one with more low cut. A bit like changing from a Bucker sound to a single coil sound.
So, in mode 2, aside from the tone and volume pots, you can use either, or both, pups, with a Bucker or single coil sound (while still anti-hum.)

Guild told me I can expect a T-bird in white, soon!

(Maybe soon is the wrong word, but at some point)

Since it's an overseas build, they'll probably get it out sooner than later.

Then you can route it for your own kickstand ;-)

Hey Thx for that Acorn, it's just a tone cap, got it. I thought maybe it was a phase switch, al la Mustang...

Well in fact, that leave a some huge possibilities for the adventurous tech/ardent amateur.

I'd lose the tone cap, and what about switching phase on both p'ups when both are engaged, series, and parallel I suppose (?) for a start.

Or... I have an old ES 335 with some very very old SD Seth Lovers in it, and the neck p'up has a coil tap (push pull tone pot), and I'm here to tell you, that opens up some amazing tones!

IMO the hi-pass switch is one of the T-bird's most handy features. It lets you use a bass-strong (and not necessarily dirty) amp/effects setup and still cut through when needed. I've long used my Jaguar's equivalent switch (same value cap even) for the same thing.

I want one of these SOOOOOo bad. I started begging them to reissue the T-Bird back when the Newark St. series began. Now, I just need the money!

That's why I went with Sweetwater. I can pay it off over 2 years.
