I was watch another Rick Beato interview. This time with Julian Lage. Julian is an amazing jazz player and a very humble guy. I recommend the whole interview, if you're into this stuff. quite a ways into the video, he tells of the time , when he was in his 20s and his left hand would no longer work correctly. Here is the start of that section.

Child prodigy. He had a duo with Chris Ethridge(?). A bluegrass player. Their jams are great! Julian plays a Martin 000 something when he was playing with the Chris dude. And he swore by EJ16s.
