Right update -
I put the gage .010 Flatwounds on my ES345 and I am delighted with them. Sound ace, feel ace, play ace. I'm also becoming more and more happy with the semi-flats on the S-100. The more I play them, the more the 'toothy edge' or 'velcro' feeling seems to disappear. The flat wounds are the clear winners thus far though....
