I love the old Sunn ultra-linear amps! Killer bass amps and nice pedal platforms. Are those JBLs?

How does the '65 Jetstar sound? I always wonder about that middle position for the pickup (the vast majority of my guitars only have 2 pickups).

since u asked, it might be the best sounding single coil i've heard. that guitar is the queen of my electric fleet. the 66 actually has a ton of differences, although the pickup is the same. that one gets more playtime

That's a match made in heaven! Back in high school, my first Fender guitar was an old sunburst Jaguar. Don't think I ever really figured out how all the switches worked! Beautiful Trem! They both look like museum pieces. I'm always on the lookout for a dirt cheap 6G9 Trem. It's one fantasy that will go unfulfilled.
