I was in my old neighborhood this weekend and stopped into the music consignment shop to say hi.
Lo and behold, I spied a very clean Thunder 1 RVT amp. First version with the "fish scale" grill cloth.

The tech there says he just finished re capping it, added the three prong AC cord, as well as a new power transformer.
The rest of it looks to be original except for a replaced non-guild footswitch.

I didn't look in the chassis or try it out, but again the cabinet is super clean. Excellent condition. Can't imagine finding one in better cosmetic condition.

He's asking $450. If anybody is interested I'd be happy to take a closer look, get some photos and try it out.

I.W.E. ( I Will Enable) :D

I very much liked mine before it died. If that one's already recapped and serviced, you'll like it too.

You and I talked about this, but I don't recall. Did the transformer go on that, or do tubes light up, no sound?

That's the reverb model, right?

Yep, 'verb (separate speaker and amp section for the reverb signal) and tremolo.

Same exact amp capn helped me rebuild.
