ok, i'm trying to corral some bucks for a gtr i'm jonesin' for and have been going thru a bunch of gear and parts i haven't used or thought about using in yrs.
after acquiring my '67 Starfire II i had to replace both of the original wooden pickup spacers (that the p/u's sit on) because they were too high. like waaaay high! i fashioned a cpl of thinner ones from some scrap i had laying around, painted 'em flat black and voila no more strings knocking into the p/u's.
anyway since the original spacers have been sitting unused in my parts drawer i'm thinking of tryingto sell them.
question #1. am i crazy??? (i doubt i'll ever sell this bass so i'm not real concerned about resale value)
question #2 (two parts) is there a mkt for these? ...and since i have no idea what they go for can anyone give me an idea of a fair asking price (to both the seller and buyer)
