Price Check on Seventies D35s

Hey all, what's an acceptable price on a good to very good condition early to mid seventies D35? I'm talking a guitar in-hand and not on the interwebs.

Blue Book, 11th Edition says....
Excellent condition 1,000-1,150.
Average condition 750-900.

Are you in Bellingham? It's seriously too hot. I went swimming in the Nooksack yesterday and ended up racing two hobos back and forth across the river. Thanks for the info.

I am indeed a 'hamster of 32 years + and counting. I'm not pleased at all being a part of yesterday's record-setting heat. I didn't fall in love with the place because of the heat. Think I'll head up to Mt. Baker and make snow angels til this blows over!!
