At the World Vintage Guitar Show in Marin County (CA).
It was part of Eric Shoenberg's superb stash of guitars. It was in beautiful shape and sounded/played/sustained wonderfully. At $1995.00 it was even a good deal!
However, Eric also had a pristine 1960 Gibson ES-125D w/Bigsby at the same price, and that's the one I bought. FAT FAT FAT!!!!!! with those old P-90's!
The Guild didn't last long. Some new owner is smilin' today!
