Although I normally like pickup covers, that particular guitar looks great without them! Hard to articulate, but somehow it looks like it "rocks" more!

Thanks Ralf. The covers slip on quite easily, I didn't change the pickups, I like XR7's .

that is a sweet looking guitar! i kinda like it without the covers. looks great with the covers as well though, of course.

As Matsickma mentioned in another thread, the unbound, smooth contoured body makes it
very ergonomic. It fits just right, the neck is medium-thin like the early 70's Guild solid bodies,
and the XR7's just scream. Cheers.
