On the original aristocrats, was there any difference between the neck and bridge pups?

Hello Darryl,
The bridge pickup had a wider polepiece spacing. That practice was ended towards the end of the '50s. (The Guild Guitar Book - page 30)

PS Before 1963, were all Guild soft cases brown like the hard cases?
