While I never considered Durham a raving beauty, there was something extremely appealing about her. She conveyed a sweetness and humility that I found very attractive. She also had a beautiful voice. Compared to many pop stars, then and now, she seemed to have a certain level-headed, down-to-earth style, I suppose it could all be an illusion but I'd like to think otherwise.

Her voice had a tonal clarity that was remarkable and cut through the mix with ease. One of the best voices of her generation.

I have always loved playing "I'll Never Find Another You" on the 12 string guitar. I do think Judith was very beautiful in her younger days with a very unique voice.
