I used to live right around the corner from that place.... on Pacific View Trail. Such a great hideaway from the hustle and bustle of LA. Winding up Outpost Drive just lifts you up a mountain and suddenly you're above it all. If your forgot to get milk or beer or wine.... you'd be really sorry. Nothing is handy but it's a beautiful place to live. Hollywood Bowl is right down the hill to the left from him.
That and I love John Mayer. He's amazing.
