This came in the mail today. 1962 Cordoba x 50. Has the neck I've been looking for, chunky, fat, 1 5/8 nut width, 9.5 radius.... Perfect! Sounds great acoustically... Plugged in, not sure yet, gotta see on a gig to make up my mind. But its defenetly a keeper.

Thanks! Well, so far I really love the sound, playing in headphones through garage band app on my computer. It's soooo much clearer and nicer than the same pickups on NS x175. But my only beef with the single coils is ridiculous buzz at some venues here in New York. Still, I'm hating the idea I would ever have to route this guitar for a humbucker. I really hope I won't have to and find another solution. Wouldn't report if I did though :)

The extra buzz is probably a grounding issue on the stage. I think you can buy a ground loop isolator to cure that.
