String changes have proven challenging, as I have to cut the strings above the pins and pull them through the sound hole. Then restringing is a trick because you have to really have a steady hand in order to thread the small end of the strings through the extremely small hole at the pins, all through the sound hole. I'm getting better though. It only took three days for my last restring.

When it comes to glue, apply yourself.
A potential sticky situation, for sure.

As for quickly bonding with your guitar, turning a temporary relationship into a permanent one, 5-minute epoxy can get you there, but CyanoAcrylate with an accelerator will let you apply yourself even faster.

I like the screw on the right that still sticks up - is that a "tremolo screw"?!
I actually placed that screw for string changes. As I mentioned earlier, it can take a few days to change strings by reaching through the sound hole. Sometimes my fingers get tired so that screw is there to make a wrap around for the string you're changing and rest your hand. I have the patent on that one.;)

West,
'Splain me again what brand and model of guitar this this one is.
I really have reservations about an instrument that necessitates recovery time-off during string changes.
Maybe you should consider hinging the top to make accessing those pin holes easier.
Whatcha think?
