This recording is pretty loud and well done.
1968
F412 and F30R

Simon's picking is totally alive for this show, really clear and strong, driving the songs along.
Garfunkel is his typical brilliance.

Holy cow! His brother Ed comes up and plays a song with Paul, called Angie. so cool!

For a split moment there, Garfunkel sounded a bit like Jon Anderson of "Yes"

Eddie Simon, Paul Simon’s younger brother, established the Guitar Study Center in the early 1970s. Instructors at the Guitar Study Center taught folk guitar, rock piano, blues harmonica, songwriting, audio engineering and more, mainly to adults in not-for-credit courses. The instructors were teaching part-time.

and I wonder if that is a Mark classical he is playing.

No, that is a GOYA guitar (made by Levin in Sweden).

I'm not a Goya expert but I'd say it's the maple G-30.

Here's a better look at the headstock of that guitar, the others on the picture are Stuie (the bass player), Fern Kaufman and Ann Willcocks. The band was called "The Guild Light Gauge"! How did Ed Simon come up with that name!? (Note the incorrect spelling of “Gauge” below!)

It sure looks a lot like my G-30, gents. Slot headstock, beautiful maple back and sides. ebony finger-board for days.
