Someone must have feedback of some sort. I'm looking at one on eBay and so far the price is reasonable. But the auction ends today. Chime in brothers and sisters! Help a brother out!

I came up empty handed in my appeal for info on a Model Five. What I could find is they are Guild branded Japanese practice amps, not very well thought of. The model five I was looking at had an asking price of $100, but a couple of sale records showed them going for $30-35. I would think the Model six, would be a little more, but not that much.

Solid state, not the best sound, I think you'd basically be paying for the Guild badge.

Never heard in person, but the lack of response speaks volumes. I know Grot has the series in his collection, but I bet he has them just for completeness, rather than for their value.

The value to me is just in having something else that is "Guild". Useful just to plug a guitar in and be able to hear it, but can't compare tone with any "real" guitar amp.

Well it sold for $78 plus $22 shipping and my high bid was $60. I just wondered because I really like my Aspen, but I suppose that's a very different league.

Sam amp as the Aria, Lopo (iirc) brands. Buy a Fender Champion 600 0r an AC4 and you'll be happier. Shucks, any of the modeling amps would be better.
