I have a Marshall AS80R which is pretty good. It has three inputs for Acoustic guitar, Electric guitar, and Microphone, along with reverb, notch filtering, etc. Plenty of output with my LR Baggs iBeam in my D4, and no feedback. :)

I have heard very good things about the Roland and Fishman Acoustic amps, :) and very bad things about the Fender Acoustasonic amps, :( although I don't have any personal experience with them. :|

I have a Kustom KAA65 with a 12" celestion and a Dean Markley sound hole pickup. Someday I  may be happy with it but I haven't gotten there yet.

I have a Genz Benz Shenandoah 60 that I'm quite fond of. I scored mine in basically new condition on Craigslist for $300, and have been very pleased with the purchase. It's great to support a small American company too, IMO.

Update: Looks like the new model is selling for $379 with free shipping here. That's a great deal!

I've had good luck with an SWR California Blonde. It's heavy (51 lbs.) and powerful (160 watts). Sounds great and can double as a small PA if you're doing the solo guitar/singer thing.

Fishman Loudbox has worked well for me. I also had a Trace which though outdated has a sound I still like. If you don't mind looking like you are setting up a theramin the Bose is really great.

I've been pleased with its little cousin, the Strawberry Blonde, although to be honest I haven't used it as much as I thought I would. I just play mostly in all acoustic situations and haven't needed it.
