Hello all,
As some of you may already know, I believe most don't know that I also build custom electric guitars "Jacobs Custom Guitars"
Anyway here is the latest creation from the shop that I thought I would share.
This one is a hardtail Strat style. Body and neck are licenced Fender Parts, body is swamp ash (rather light aswell 7.4lbs total weight) and a canary neck.
The cool thing about canary is that it doesn't need a finish, so the only thing finished is the head stock and heel. It is sporting a Macaser ebony fretboard a 10" - 16" compound radius neck w/ abalone possition dots. Finish is nitrocellous lacquer in a tobbaco burst. Plastic parts are in mint green. The pickups are are Lollar Dirty Blondes in the neck and middle and a Lollar Special Strat. in the bridge. Gotoh vintage tuners.
