Chuck treats Keith like a child. I think Chuck, while a great entertainer, is a pompous a$$hole. :shock:

I was there - for the rehearsals, the dress rehearsal, the shows. Believe me when I tell you that the guff that Keith put up with to turn the band/concert/movie/situation into a reality required an extraordinary level of forbearance. Keith was fantastic throughout. At one point in the dressing room before filming I asked him how/why he would put up with such abuse.
"There's only gonna be one movie about Chuck Berry and I owe it to the man to see that they get it right," he said.
