Is this an old D25 mahogany?

Is this dude playing an old d25....the headstock doesn't look familiar to me....then again my wife doesn't either.

Looks OK to me. They originally had that headstock with the gold foil-type logo.

Yes, that's an early '70s all-mahogany D-25.
