Seller calls it "Roxie Guitar Stand".

There does seem to be a cultural icon named "Roxie" from a 1940's movie, "Roxie Hart" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roxie_Hart_(film)
so my guess is that the inspiration may have been Ginger Rogers and not Rosie the Riveter. The similarities are noteworthy and that's why I started looking for an alternative inspiration from the 1940's.

It certainly looked like Rosie the Riveter to me, but I think Fro is right!

To each his own, but whoever that is supposed to be, I think there's something just a little creepy about that, particularly the eyes. I would have nightmares of that thing. Like Tiffany in the "Chucky" movies....
