I spotted this Guild in a picture of Georgie Fame's band from 1960s London - looks like a SFIII

Any CAKE video. The lead guitarist plays an archtop Guild without a pickguard. It was the tone of the lead guitar that first caught my attention when I heard this band. Cool band with great rock guitar tones.

Also Spoon uses archtop Guilds.

Funny - I'm the guy that found that Guild for Greg Brown in the first place. It was at Music Connection, a now defunct store in Sacramento.

That was a '65 Starfire 3, pickguard long missing, that Greg bought for about $400 at the time. It took a huge beating on the road, I remember quite a bit of the binding coming off the neck, and some pretty deep wear in the top where the pickguard would have been. It was already pretty worn when Greg got it!

I borrowed it for at least one gig - here I am with it, ca. 1993?
